Special Information for HPLC Customers from Africa!
 
We offer six extra benefits for customers based in Africa:
  1. Special Deals on new HPLC Systems, which can include local installation in Africa, training on-site in both the operation and servicing of the equipment, and a package of 5 years worth of service parts.This means that once you have funding sorted, you can know that we will make sure you have a fully working system and know how to use it. There is no way you can end up with a lot of expensive equipment still in its box and no-one knows how to set it up! And you won't have to be ordering spares for ages!
  2. Local HPLC Training Courses can be run in certain countries, subject to time availability and sufficient interest. The courses are run in English, and can be developed specifically for one company's requirements if necessary.
  3. We run an extensive training course programme in the UK. For companies in Africa, we offer a 20% discount accross the board. Each participant receives a folder with an extensive set of training notes, and is awarded a signed course certificate. We can also offer a letter of invitation to assist with British Visa Applications, and offer advice regarding travel and accommodation.
  4. For those who register with us, we offer Email Technical Support for HPLC. This means that when you have a problem with a separation, or are developing a new method, or something is not working with your equipment, you can send us an email and we will reply with whatever suggestions we have, based upon 27 years of HPLC experience.   5. Regular Technical Notes by Email. We publish technical notes, outlining the use of a particular technique in HPLC, and once you are registered, we will send you these by email as soon as they are published. For example, recent technical notes included Troubleshooing Autosampler Problems, Using Polymer-based Reversed Phase Columns, Choosing which pH buffer to use, and the Analysis of Chiral Compounds.
  6. A regular email Newsletter, outlining the developments in the world of HPLC in Europe and America.
