There are several reasons why people send us samples for analysis: |
Here are a few scenarios you may relate to:
You have samples to analyse, but no equipment and need the services of an external laboratory. Call us. If we have a method for that analysis, we will be pleased to offer a competitive quotation. If we need to develop a method, its not a problem, but takes a little longer and costs a little more. We'll be pleased to discuss what we can offer.
You already have a need and a method worked out, but not the available equipment or time to set up the new method . You may already be using another contract analysis lab. Call us in for a competitive quote. Once we have your method set up we can turn samples round fast and if your volume of samples increases, we can quote you for the equipment and transfer the whole methodology to your lab.
You have a problem which may be able to be solved by HPLC (e.g contamination of a product), but you do not have the expertise or equipment to investigate. Call us to discuss. We can give a considered opinion free of charge and if appropriate, agree a cost for investigating further. We could develop the method and then either quote for doing the analysis for you or quote for the equipment so you could set up the method in house.
You have an HPLC system and are already running a method but would like periodic confirmation that you are getting the right answers. We could set up your method here, and calibrate against your standards. Then for a small charge we could run samples you send to us each month (or every 3 months) and compare results. We may also be able to offer suggestions regarding how to improve accuracy or reproducibility.
You have an HPLC system and the expertise, but do not have the right detector for a particular method. We can quote to run those samples for you, or quote for the rental of a detector for a short period.
You have a method set up and working, but every now and then hit an overload situation. Contact us. Let us set up the method so that you have confidence in the results. Then when an overload situation arises we can quote to run the samples for you. |

We have many methods already running in our lab, mainly for food analysis, but this extends into coffee, tea, hops and beer, soft drinks, animal feeds, food supplements, etc. We have also developed some petrochemical methods, and have experience of many more. Please ask if this may be of interest to you. We would also be pleased to help with setting up such a method in your laboratory |
